Their hour-long performance included a wonderful blend of humorous and serious material; through their intelligent, insightful, and real and relevant scenes, they not only entertained and recharged our writers and editors, but also provided great idea starters for future products.
Deena introduced the use of improv as a source of inspiration for our department several years ago and has been asked back numerous times, consistently proving herself to be a wonderful resource. She is enthusiastic, professional, and truly gifted in tailoring each event to our specific needs. -Betsy Fox, Creative Director
The improv event was fun and refreshing. I liked the straight scenes and there was a line he said that inspired me to write a father's day card. I think these kinds of events are a good way to break out of the usual workday and invigorate and energize our minds and creativity. -Maggie Weiss, Writer/Editor
They were astonishing — inventive, perceptive, pertinent, poignant, satisfying and surprising. And they made it all look so easy! -Steve Johnson, Senior Editor
I haven't laughed that hard in a year -- The improv was like therapy for me. Their ease, brilliance, and versatility truly astonish me. I was so impressed, I plan to take Deena's "Beginning Improv" class in the future! -Nicole Fraser, Senior Creative Consultant
